The room was clean and nice, perhaps a little small but other than that it was fine. The pool was excellent. What I didn't care for that much was the lack of forwardness about how the breakfast would be. It ended up being prepackaged food only, it doesn't bother me but I would've liked to know first.
Staff was super nice. Hotel was very clean. Affordable prices. Indoor pool & hot was nice for my son. The had breakfast in a bag and hot coffee & hit chocolate all day every day in the lobby. On all 3 levels you will find a soda machine & ice machine. ( ice machine was down due to winter )
They had signs everywhere saying masks required and must stay 6 feet apart but many guest weren’t following the rules including staff. Our toilet was running all day and night. It was leaking too. I did notify the desk people of it. Other then that the stay was great! I have 3 stars because of the mask situation. Staff members needs to be wearing their masks at all times and so should the guests. If you have it posted then rules needs to be followed by both members. We wore ours as it stated we had to.
Overall nice hotel. We came here for the indoor pool and hot tub, which are both really nice. Nothing wrong with the room. Pretty view of the river in the back. Our room was hard to find and is directly outside the door that leads to the indoor pool, which is annoying because as soon as the pool opens in the morning there are people constantly going past our door talking on the way in to the pool area and we can hear everything. We can hear every word from the pool and even water splashing from our room on the second floor. We like the pool area itself, but it is a weird setup as it is surrounded by balconies and rooms. I booked a room with a “courtyard view,” which isn’t the case. Overall nice hotel but our room location made our stay less than enjoyable and the hotel seems empty enough to have gotten a room that wasn’t in a horrible spot. We would only stay again if it was winter and couldn’t find another hotel with an indoor pool.
I guess the property is award winning for a reason!

Clean comfortable rooms, great amenities like a full hot breakfast and indoor pool! An arcade for the kids with in walking distance to, Hollywood entertainment center, the island and pirate voyage dinner show! Great location great comfort great price!
The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! My husband and I are going back for our second stay at this hotel. At checkin the staff was so nice and welcoming. We were greeted and asked if we needed anything each time we walked through the lobby, which was pretty often since they have a beautiful parrot in the lobby! In booking the hotel for our upcoming trip, the staff has gone above and beyond to be helpful in making it special. If you can’t tell by now.. the staff is what makes this place great and the reason we will continue to come back!
