We received a courtesy call while traveling, letting us know what time our room would be ready. On arrival, our check in was handled quickly and without any issues by a very friendly front desk staff. We were informed verbally and in writing of all the virus protocols and precautions being taken. Our room was ready as promised, and was very clean. We had reserved a double queen bed room, but only used one of the beds, and it was very comfortable. We both slept extremely well each and every night. The motel was busy but not extremely crowded, so the atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. We both felt quite at home during our stay, and would recommend this motel to anyone looking to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is within walking distance of a variety of eating establishments, just across the parkway from the Stampede dinner show, and only a short drive from just about anything one would wish to do.
We always stay at this location when we come to pigeon forge. At least once a year. It's always clean, and that's the most important thing to me. Beds are pretty comfortable, could be softer, but that just my preference. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will not stay anywhere else in the area.
We stay here all the time. Nice staff and they help us get the room we want. They have a good continental breakfast and offer coupons to Texas Roadhouse which is right next door. Excellent coffee also.
Our recent stay at the Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge was wonderful. The stay went above and beyond to make it special. They knew my fiancee and I were getting engaged during our stay so they made swans in the space of hearts out of towels for us, they made sure our rooms were close to the pool, and they made check in and check out very convenient. I have stayed there several times. Highly recommend for anyone in the Pigeon Forge area.

Hot tube not very large,but Nice after a day of adventure.
