Kid’s Choice, Favorite Hilton Hotel
Tru by Hilton Pigeon Forge hotel was design to make every kids dream come true on a vacation.
First of all they have, the ultimate breakfast that you can build your Own each morning.
Tru by Hilton breakfast includes eggs, sausage, and a toppings bar for cereal, bagels, and yogurt.
They have a game room, in the lobby, while parents can work, play, relax and eat.
My two son favorite things to do at Tru by Hilton are rooftop lounge, fitness center and indoor pool.
The brand new state of the arts hotel is walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge.
I like the amount of effort they put into catering to a younger crowd at this hotel- everything looks new and decorated nicely. The reason I took a star off was because they advertised breakfast starting at 7, and serving chicken and waffles at said breakfast— in reality, breakfast was served at 7:30 and there was no chicken and waffles. We were sent away when arriving at 7 for breakfast. Other than that, the stay was perfect and the view from the top of the building was really nice.
Very modern, clean, technology based hotel, they have USB ports in every outlet. Loved that they have floors in the rooms, very friendly front desk staff let us do early check-in after our long drive and always greeted us during breakfast! Comfortable beds as expected with Hilton. They also have diamond member parking spaces. The sky deck on rooftop is beautiful, modern, has a fire pit and amazing views. Also, right behind the island in pigeon forge and easily accessible to everything!
I never write reviews, but this is my new favorite hotel chain so I have to. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice! Samantha at the front desk always said "Hello" to us and was super sweet whenever we needed anything. They are having a modified breakfast due to Covid but they still have a much bigger variety than other hotels I've seen. There is no microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby that you're able to use and it was clean. The literal only downside was the size of the fridge. It was small but you could still fit takeout boxes and a couple drinks in there, or a couple bottles of wine. If you need more room, just bring a cooler. The views were amazing! The SkyDeck was great and I wish we had utilized it more. The location of the hotel is great, too. This hotel made our stay so much better! We will definitely be booking our next Pigeon Forge trip here!
Great hotel with a great friendly staff. My fiance and I stay here every time we go to Pigeon Forge. I love the views from the roof top bar. Excellent location too!
