If you are looking for a relaxing place to sleep in pigeon forge. Wild life off the balcony to feed. Room little tight ,beds comfortable, clean. Not a great place for swimming if that's what you are looking for. One of my favorite places to stay. Good room for price.
Very clean! Good breakfast. The beds were comfortable to me. They were on the firm side and felt pretty new. I liked how the bathroom was in the middle of the room and separated the two beds. It made for a bit of privacy. My only complaint, and this is minor to me and won't prevent me from staying there again, is that the heater seemed tricky. It was either much too warm in our room, or too cold. Maybe if we had stayed another night or two we could have figured it out. On the first night, when it had gotten too hot, even though we had the thermostat set on 67, we just opened the balcony door a bit and then we were much more comfortable. So 67 is too hot, and 62 is too cold. At 62, my face was freezing while I was sleeping. I bumped it up to 65, but we still got too warm. Will try 63 or 64 next time! The cleanliness was definitely top notch. I have paid twice as much at other hotels that were not as clean.
We have been staying here for awhile. Always friendly staff.. they even wished my husband and I a happy Anniversary! very clean updated rooms. Peaceful. Beautiful view of the Pigeon river. Good breakfast buffett.
Me and my Family stayed here for a week.The Rooms are Nice & Cozy and Beds are Comfy. We loved our Balcony!! Hearing and Seeing the River was so Peaceful to us. Breakfast was ok... Nothing to Rave about. My only complaint is When the Housekeeper came.. she left our door open. We had been gone all day and returned @ 9pm to find our door wide open!! Thank god nothing was missing from our Room. Spoke to the manager and he apologized and advised us he would speak to the Housekeeper... After that we had no other issues.
The room was very clean and the views are awesome. The staff are very nice and courteous. They offer a free breakfast. The most important part is they are following strict Covid 19 guidelines to ensure each room is cleaned and the guest are adhering to the guidelines as well. Great job Creekstone!!
