What a great experience! This hotel is clean and the staff is so friendly!! It is super close to the Titanic Museum/Beyond the Lens. The hotel is pet friendly which is good it you couldn’t smell the pets in the room. The bed was firm and my boyfriend loves it. There is also a mirror where the headboard would be on a bed! Definitely will stay here again! Did I mention the super cute window ledge that allows you see all the buildings and their lights!
Friendly staff. Clean. Bed was very comfy. Quiet. Cozey. Located behind Krystal Burger. Directly across the street from Hard Rock. Only downside was the lighting could be better. Overall, great deal for the price!
Had a great stay. Ashley peoples was a great. front desk. Lady she has a good personality. Every time you see her. she. is smiling . She is a friendly Lady . The. beds sleep good. The room reall looked good.
Overall great experience. From the prices, comfort of the room, to the staff. The view from our room was magnificent. Window seat, allowing a beautiful view of the main strip through town. Our last visit was during the Christmas season. The lights and scenery at night are absolutely stunning. Very convenient location as mentioned, right on the main strip through Pigeon Forge heading into Gatlinburg. Plenty of local dining to choose from as well as shows and other activities. All within walking distance. Planning a trip in a couple of weeks. Big thumbs up. See you all soon.
I wouldn’t even give them a star at all.... poor service all around. This hotel must have the thinnest walls possible. Not only could you hear a ton of traffic noise, you could even hear the Krysal’s drive through speaker all night. Beyond that, there was a clear domestic dispute going on all night until about 4 or 4:30am in the room next door. We called the front desk 3 times and they did nothing! However, they did manage to call us twice while we were out due to our dog barking. The last time I checked, if I’m paying a pet fee for my pet which happens to be a dog, there’s a chance it may bark when I leave and when they hear other dogs in the next room barking. The ones in the next room with the barking dogs were even confused as to why they called us....
I would never recommend this place to anyone, I would only highly discourage anyone from ever staying here.
