I loved the friendliness of the staff as soon as I entered the building. He had my key coupons and even a free pancake breakfast voucher ready for me. The room was so nice, it took me a while with the shower so many knobs. It had a heated pool outside, walking distance to Island of Pigeon Forge. And all of this for a very affordable price. Next time i visit Pigeon Forge i am definitely staying here.
The property is very clean and sanitized. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt right at home. The rooms was cozy, the beds was comfortable. The fire pit was amazing. All around I'd give them 5 stars! I'd recommend staying here to anyone! They have so many amenities to offer. The pool and hot tub will be opening tomorrow!!!
My family and I were extremely impressed with Arbor's. Great location and great hotel. They offer so much for their guest and we appreciated every bit of it. Great price for watch you get and we will be back very soon.
We stayed there this week. We had a family suite and a large group. I have stayed in cabins before and I would opt for this location in the future. The accommodations were excellent and it’s within walking distance of many attractions. All ages in our group had a wonderful time and there are a lot of extras that will definitely have me returning!
This is a very amazing hotel in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Great size king sized hot tubs, amazing Fire place in every room. My wife and I have stayed here more than 20 times and it's always great because it's moments away from every thing you need.
