Had not been to Pigeon Forge before and this was a great experience. The Black Fox Lodge is in a perfect location to come back and relax from all the lights and noise of the main strip. Loved the location didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. All the employees were friendly and I saw on more than one occasion they were cleaning the elevators which is nice. As is everywhere right now- there were people who weren't following guidelines but for the most part people were abiding by the posted signs and regulations.
The room itself was nice. We booked one with two beds and a sitting area and it was plenty of space for us. The balcony was great to just chill on in the morning with a coffee. Definitely want to re-book in the future!
Great experience during our stay. We booked 6 nights at the Black Fox. The room was very clean and spacious. The one thing I would change is the beds. They don’t have king size mattresses. Beds are too small, but comfortable nonetheless. Brandon the Manager checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful. We tried their restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The food and service were great! I’d definitely stay here again.
The hotel was nice as well as the front desk. They were very helpful with helping me to reserve another room last minute. Housekeeping ladies were very cheerful even when they were servicing a filly booked weekend. To me that spoke volumes about their customer service!
What a great place to stay. This is a nice,comfortable place to stay. The lobby is a great place to spend time in around the beautiful fireplace. Very modern hotel. While on our visit here it was snowing. Great time.
