Absolutely wonderful! Beds are very comfortable & rooms are clean. Our city view balcony was wonderful! Indoor Hot tub & heated pool, & outdoor fire pit. Awesome location! Will stay again on our next visit!
Stayed here while in Pigeon Forge for the weekend and thought it was a nice little place. It was during winter so couldn't get outside and enjoy things as much as I wanted to, but they did have a heated indoor pool and a hot tub which we enjoyed during our stay.
The rooms were very nice, and had some good amenities. And the beds were some of the softest I've encountered while staying in a hotel. When I plan on visiting again this will definitely be one of the options on considering where to stay in the future.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful as well, and made sure to tell me about what the hotel had to offer the night we checked in. I'm used to them just giving our key and sending us on our way just to get us out of the office.
Another fantastic stay with vacation lodge clean and affordable with exceptionally nice staff. The new indoor pool area and fire pit with benches outside were a wonderful addition. As many times before we will be back.
Absolutely love this hotel. Hotel very clean and has friendly staff. Debbie at front desk made check in and checkout quick and easy. We stayed in 2 queen room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub (heart shaped!). Room looks newly renovated with hardwood floor and decor. Room was well appointed with 2 beds, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom was huge with large sink area and large stand-up shower. Also there is a sitting area with 2 oversized chairs and end table, where we ate meals at. Large flat screen TV above fireplace. View from our window faced the parkway. Great views of mountains in both directions. Hotel located in a great area, convenient to many restaurants in walking distance. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Very quiet room.
Hotel also has a newly built indoor pool with hot tub. Restrooms are located in the pool area too. There is a grill area and picnic tables outside of pool area. Very cool to be able too cook your own meals while enjoying the pool. Nice fireplace with rocking chairs, one of my favorites.
Due to covid, there is no breakfast buffet. Hotel does supply a continental breakfast as most hotels do now. Hotel is eager to start this back up as soon as they can. Until then, walk next door to pancake house or next door to McDonald's. Not a deal breaker for me.
Definitely recommend. This is our family's home away from home !
Our room was nice and clean! The bed is super comfy! The staff is so down to earth and so friendly! I loved our stay for our weekend getaway!
