Totally love the helpful staff here. Great indoor and outdoor pools. From what I'm told, rates are affordable and the rooms are clean and quiet. I have had issues with customers giving the wrong room numbers or no room number at all from time to time. Staff went above and beyond to assist. Including checking with their other accommodation across the Parkway. The Best Western Toni. Easy 5 Stars on this one. Definitely one I recommend to my customers.
Easy check in but we weren't greeted as platinum members. Parking was OK this day, a bit of a walk to our 1st floor room but we did get some steps in. The room was quiet and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay when visiting nearby Dollywood and other attractions. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment.
King beds were extremely comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. Love this hotel and will definitely be back. Staff got us in and out quickly with limited contact. Our family appreciates the extra cleaning, social distancing, and safety precautions the hotel was taking during this crazy time.
Room was VERY clean! Staff was friendly. Would recommend and will stay again. Desk telephone in room didn't work was only thing noticed. Next door Dolly's Stampede was loud with their booming base music but only lasted a little while. Worth saying again.... Room was VERY clean! Thank you for a great stay!
