My husband and I stayed here before with our pet enjoying our stay.. we recently tried to make arrangements to stay again but were met with rudeness. We have two dogs and because of this they would not work with us in obtaining a room so I stay do not waste your time or money staying here. Pigeon Forge has plenty of other hotels to stay in take my advice. We are know staying at La Quinta Hotel and getting professional customer service.
Definitely get what you pay for! Wasn't super impressed but we knew it was cheap and was only looking for a place to sleep. Front desk was super nice; however if you get there early and your room is ready, they charge you extra to check it before 4:00 check in time. Rooms could have used a little extra TLC! Door seal on the bottom was just enough to let the roaches in and the bed bugs out! But there is plenty to do in walking distance so enjoy your stay!
Roach infested room, then would not give me refund but got another room with no heat with temps dropping in the 20's when i called the desk no one answered at midnight so froze all night. No sleep for me but they let me cancel second night in the morning. Also booked on booking.com never again prices were wrong and no upgrade worst night ever. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Other than bugs lol. Called booking.com didn't get an answer why i had no upgrade and why prices were different so no help.
The room was okay. The problem was that there was a plumbing issue on our side of the building, so at 10 at night they said we had to move rooms with barely an apology. This is, of course, after we're getting settled for the night and we're all unpacked. And by we, I mean my husband, two children under the age of 10, and myself.. They don't offer a cart or tell us where one is for our luggage. They don't explain that the new room is hard to find and where we need to go from the old room. So after the hassle of all of that, we get settled in the new space. Now we're in a room that backs up to a major road. Nothing like the constant sound of cars for a good night's sleep. I can understand if the hotel was booked solid. They were not. We could have been placed in a better room. The only thing the front clerk offered up was a week apology and the manager's card. I understand the plumbing issue was not their fault, but I do think they could have gone about the whole situation differently, leaving my family with a better night's sleep and them with a better review from me. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to stay.
Very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and very spacious. I loved the separate living space for my daughter that folded out to a sofa bed. Elevator is tiny but staff was great and location is perfect. We will stay again.
