Words cannot explain how happy I am with this hotel! And for the price?! Under $130 a night. The rooms are huge and have EVERYTHING! Seriously... everything. It's like staying at a resort or a furnished apartment. I 110% suggest this place. It's beautiful, clean and all of the staff are so wonderful and helpful!! Beautiful views and basically walking distance from everything! (Depending on how much you like to walk and children etc)
The hotel beds are really comfortable and the people that work here are really sweet. The elevators are not busy at all, as soon as I walk out of my room and onto the elevators no one was there. Also there breakfast is good as well the biscuits and gray was amazing. I definitely recommend
VERY nice hotel. Workers were incredibly friendly at check in. Everything was clean and sanitized and you could see a worker cleaning as we were going to our room. In a nice area, quiet and with clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
Most of all charlie you have this place the 5, the best maintenance man, came and spent an hour and a half+ to fix our shower. I say that because yesterday it was scolding hot and today it was ice cold and a man that stated it was resolved when Charlie was present lied. We came up as part of our travel volleyball team kvc and experience some issues. But listen management is resolving the problems of not applying our discount. Charlie spent the time in here to care for my family knowing it's our last night and we didn't even get to take showers in our own room. he got the issue resolved so anybody else that stays in this specific room 215 give Charlie props for the proper work he done to a short when you stay in a hotel you could take a shower whenever you feel need. I cannot praise him enough because now I know that even my daughter is able to shower before she goes to bed. Exactly what he was doing was kind was amazing and as a matter of fact I'm going to go to the top and repeat this exact same that if it were not for Charlie we may not have ever considered coming back. Other than management fixing the issue of well our team discount and then fixing the price with the issues after it was stated fixed in front of another employee in my whole family. Charlie we have mad respect for you for coming out this late and help him take care of our family. I hope you get the credit you deserve as you educated and what is required above and beyond and why you steadily work constantly, you are a joy to make someone feel more at ease than they were ever before. We the Marshalls as a family it was an honor to meet you and we're so grateful for the time that you took to come back to help resolve an issue he's got this I can ramble on about how you help my family and I appreciate it greatly you deserve acknowledgment for being available at any time and doing things correctly the first time and unlike anybody else great company wow you're a hands constantly move. Thank you it's much much appreciation.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again. Rooms were clean and large. We were both very happy. Fridges were decent size as well to help save money!
