What a great hotel located right on the river and on the main strip. Super close to everything with great amenities, even with the cold weather the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Room was updated and clean. Karen from housekeeping was amazing and kept us full of clean towels and everything we needed. The front desk was always nice and helpful, even the maintenance guy struck up a conversation with us in passing to check how our stay was and hoped they’d see us again. Oh, and with a great breakfast, you can’t pass this place up. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!
My grandparents, parents, husband and I went on a trip to Dollywood and we booked two 2-queen rooms. We had always previously stayed at another hotel, but I really wanted to give another place a try. We settled on staying here and were so glad that we did! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were spacious and very well decorated (so glad they didn't have as much carpet as most hotels - it's really not a good choice when you come in from the pool), and the view of the mountains was phenomenal. We really enjoyed having two options for pool and hot tub (indoor and outdoor), the hot breakfast was very convenient, and the beds slept great! We were close to everything we wanted to do and sometimes were even in walking distance. We can't wait to stay again in the future - this will be the new hotel we always stay at!
Loved staying here. Felt very safe even with COVID. We had an amazing view and room. We had one of the jacuzzi suites. The breakfast is definitely better than most complimentary breakfasts you get elsewhere. Good customer service. Will definitely be back.
We LOVED our stay here. The room was so big and spacious. The fire place was great. The lobby was warm and welcoming. The continental breakfast was DELICIOUS. We will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Willow Brook!
I couldn’t have asked for any better. The bed was amazing and so comfortable. I’ve never slept in a hotel bed that comfy. The front desk was super nice at check in and out. I love the tile floors instead of carpet it just seems so much more sanitary. Everything was super clean well decorated. We loved everything about our stay! And they offered us a discount if we come back and stay!
