It was mostly cleanish. There was a roach in one of the drawers and not the insect kind. The fridge hadn't been cleaned it had old stuff in it and a really long hair. The rest of the room was clean (fresh toilet paper, CLEAN Beds, and clean floors, and a clean bathroom.) the sink in the bathroom however had a constant leak that was impossible to stop I had to put a washcloth in the sink to stop the dripping so I could sleep(not a small leak). Other than that however.... The staff were really nice. The elevator was old but not scary(you know what I mean). Parking was easy and there was a nice gift shop in the same parking lot and the hotels location was awesome. Then the best bit of all was the price any issues I mentioned above were resolved by the fact I paid 45 dollars after all taxes and fees on a weekend. Have a great trip! The staff was very friendly. The room was outdated, but it was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plus, we got an awesome rate for our 5 day stay. I will absolutely be booking there again!
It was clean! Bed were comfortable plenty of room. The room had refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The floors was clean. Only reason for 4 stars is you had to pay for ice. Other then that, I would recommend this place.
Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and smelled nice. Though it was close to the parkway it was very quiet. Thumbs up for a pleasant stay.
Love this place... Quiet, clean and close to everything. We stay here every time we go to Tennessee.
