Booked a room that allows pets and I must say props to this location on allowing pets, it made our trip much more pleasant knowing that our furry friend was with us. Welcoming staff and clean rooms. Highly recommended above all other hotels in the area.
We love this place. We love Hampton anyway but this one has a unique breakfast area set up. It's very pretty. King suite is especially nice.
Very nice suite with good breakfast. Only issue was with the sheets not staying on. Apparently they had added a topper to the mattress but the pockets were not deep enough to stay under the mattress and kept popping off/fitted sheet kept curling up under us while trying to sleep. Just need deeper pocketed sheets. All else was great!
As always Hampton was a good port in the storm. Quiet, clean rooms, breakfast each morning, and a pleasant staff. You can't ask for more than that.
Great stay! Stayed one night, rooms were clean and even had a seal on the door so you know no one has been in there since it was cleaned. Breakfast was awesome! Full hot breakfast with cook-your-own waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt. Because of covid you have to wear a mask in the lobby, but that wasn’t too bad. Staff were really nice when checking in last night and checking out this morning. Pet friendly (though we didn’t bring our pet). 5/5 would stay again, good location about 10 min from Dollywood too.
