I've stayed here a number of times and it's always been a pleasant experience. Just the fact it has a kitchen and a living room area makes it feel almost like home. A really good rate if you use an app.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Room was super clean and nice. Comfortable furniture in the livingroom, clean comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchenette. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. All Seasons Suites will definitely be on my radar for the next time we come to the Smoky Mountains.
Love the room layout and how clean it is however it could use general maintenance. Example the closet door henge needs to be fixed and shower handle hard to work it. Very pleasant area.
The room was older but was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The front Desk person, Logan was always very helpful and courteous. The location was very close to Dollywood along with other attractions. I would definitely stay at the hotel on my next trip.
The rooms were nice and spacious but we found bed bugs and Roaches, owner promised to take 20% off stay and instead charged us more than the total price quoted by Mgr when we called to book the room. The only good thing was we were moved to another room and all the staff members were friendly. But still would not stay again.
