This hotel was by far one of the best we have stayed at. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, pools and hot tub were open 24 hours a day. Hotel staff were friendly. The only thing that would have been better is if they had an actual restaurant in the hotel vs having the bistro that is only open at certain times.
I’ve been to a countless amount of hotels and this was BY FAR the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location, exceptionally clean, smells AMAZING all throughout the hotel, and had great amenities. Chelsea greeted me at the front desk and was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!! Great experience.
I stayed here this weekend with my mother-in-law.
PROS: Hotel was very clean and neat as a pin. The public areas in the lobby seemed very inviting. Room was spotless and smelled clean when we arrived. Employees seemed friendly and helpful. We did not use the pools or the bistro, so I can't rate those, but they looked very nice.
CONS: Parking is extremely cramped. The lot wraps around the building and it seems that if the hotel is full, you simply cannot get a decent parking spot. The second night we were here, I had to park halfway around the building and walk all the way back to the front entrance as there were no entrances on the side I was forced to park on. The beds were rock hard. Like I couldn't sleep they were so hard. My back is still sore from the extremely uncomfortable bed. I tossed and turned the entirety of both nights we were here. Our room was directly adjacent to the ice machine. Extremely noisy when guests decide they needed ice at 2:30 in the morning. Live music in the downstairs lobby traveled up to our room past 10 PM. It made relaxing in our room very difficult. I realize this one is not necessarily the fault of the hotel but we also had very noisy neighbors (directly above us and beside us) and the guests using the elevator (also directly next door to our room) were loud and inconsiderate. Housekeeping seemed to be noisy as well.
We were here to get away and get some rest. Unfortunately, because of these things neither of us slept well at all and it was anything but a restful time.
The nicest hotel I have stayed at!! We had rented a cabin and left a few hrs after we arrived due to cleanliness issues. The Marriott did not disappoint! Very clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very professional staff too. We will definitely be back.
This is literally the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Even with the pandemic I feel the staff went above & beyond to ensure guest are comfortable. From the ambiance to the decor, I give this hotel 5 stars across the board! Customer service is great as well.
