My family and I stayed for two days and we loved it!! Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, we had the river view and loved sitting on the deck listening to the water. Everything you need is literally right out the front door of the hotel within walking distance. The only suggestion I would have is changing tables in the bathroom down stairs in the lobby. Also, if you plan to wash your little ones bring an inflatable tub as our room only had a walk in shower. They have a roof top bar with a huge pool plenty of places to sun bathe and a hot tub so bring your swim suit, we really enjoyed it as it’s only for the guests. We will be staying again on our next trip!!!
The location is awesome, you can’t beat it. You can walk out of your room to restaurants, shops, and things to do! You would never have to leave! We had the village view and we loved it. Our room was so nice and comfortable, the fire place was wonderful for the chilly night. The little coffee shop in the hotel is nothing short of AMAZING! We will definitely be back!
The hotel was clean and modern. Our room with the river view was so comfortable and relaxing. This place takes customer service seriously! Front desk always greeted us by name and eager to help. Can't say enough about the valets they went above and beyond. The house keeping staff was quick with any request we had and the manager Lore Rouse was extremely helpful and helped make our last night of our honeymoon extra special! Can't wait to come bacj!
We had a village view. It was nice to sit around and watch people but also nice to go out early, enjoy the view and the peace and quite. The room was nice and clean. It's great to be able to walk out the doors and immediately have somewhere to walk around and shop without having to drive. We would definitely go back and stay again.
Had an amazing time! Kid friendly. The main hotel (lobby) is right when you cross the bridge onto the island. The hotel rooms are above most of the shops with awesome views. I had the “river view” and it was so pretty. We kept our balcony doors open most of the time and listened to the river (we did not hear people!) the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was good, had a fire place (only available to turn on during winter months). All the staff was very friendly. The coffee shop attached was good. We did not use the valet parking, we parked ourselves. Not a far walk at all.
