This is one of the older La Quinta sites that have been fully renovated. These places are sort nice! We've been staying in these hotels many times since 2015 and we're VERY happy with the vast majority of them. Our puppy dog goes with us all the time, so we appreciate a nice hotel that allows our dog also. This location is very convenient to all of the general area!
First time staying at this location. The employees were all very nice and helpful. Love that we were able to bring our small dog with no pet fee. Great indoor pool. Our daughter and friend used it 4 times while we were there. We will be back. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
Hotel looked nice from the outside and was clean for the most part. However, our whole floor smelled like wet dog. We had to go buy two air fresheners to even be able to sleep in our room.
We also were disturbed in our sleep twice by staff. Shortly before midnight, someone was trying to get into our room. My husband got up to see who it was and apparently it was a maintenance man who was told that no one was in that room. Moments later, the front desk called our room (waking everyone from their sleep because it’s after midnight) and asked if we were supposed to be in that room. We clearly told him yes and that we had checked in earlier and gotten the key cards for that room. He proceeded to make an excuse that the man who checked us in did not do it properly and they were not aware that anyone was in the room.
This has never happened to us before and it made the hotel seem very poorly ran and managed. Will NOT be going back!
Had a wonderful stay (Saturday - Tuesday). Pet friendly and was very clean. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good, Indoor pool was great and all the staff was polite and friendly. Everyone was wearing mask and saw an employee several times wipes rails, door handles, etc, down.
Our first time here. Will be making this our go to from now on. The check in staff are Awesome.The heated pool is open 24hr. They have a bag breakfast with muffin ,fruit,juice,bottle water. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby. Loved the out side Fireplace. Our room was clean an comfortable.They even allowed dogs.
