I had higher expectations thinking that being a hotel that looked good it would also be the same in its rooms. We were in room 444 from March 13 to March 19. 2021. King size bed with a sofa bed. My first negative impression was that the bathroom was very uncomfortable and had only a hock to hook your towel, my husband could not plug his computer where the desk is because there is no electricity receptacle there (we had to buy an extension), the mattress of the sofa bed was disgusting. For having paid so much money for a whole week, there was no hot breakfast. Just boxes of the same cold food every day. I had 2 other families that came with us and stayed at other Hotels like Days Inn and Tru by Hilton and they always had hot breakfast all the time. The attention of the girl (hairstyle with a high bun) from the front desk was not at all pleasant the first night. But one of the last days the owner was there and the same girl greeted us many times very friendly, because the owner was in front of her. The hotel corridors were cold, no decoration. The elevator was out of date for a year. I really do not recommend this hotel. It's a shame that it looks so nice from the outside, it has a beautiful hall and a nice pool but the rest does not represent the place.
During our stay, on what was scheduled to be our last night, I had a medical emergency away from the hotel that put me in ICU and the hotel went above and beyond for my family to take care of them. Paula, and management gave my family discounts to stay extra days to remain in town until I could go home. They treated my family like family. Paula definitely deserves to be recognized for her service and attitude with guests! The hotel itself is amazing. It's well maintained and laid out. It has a large lobby, an indoor swimming area that also includes a hot tub. The show 2 movies each night for family's and kids with free popcorn. Out back they have a fire pit to sit around. They have breakfast each morning. The rooms are very clean, laid out great have nice beds, climate controlled. Everyone from front desk, to management to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and withing walking distance of restaurants and shops, well area near activities as well. Our family will definitely spend more vacations there and highly recommend them for others as well. If I could give more than 5 stars definitely would!
This hotel is amazing!! The heated pool and hot tub was open 24 hours and my kids and I loved it! They have nightly poolside movies with popcorn which was awesome. Very clean and beautiful hotel! The staff was super friendly! They have a good breakfast and is close to a lot of attractions. I highly recommend this hotel! My kids and I will definitely be coming back!
Beautiful property with great amenities. Upon entering, you are greeted with a huge fire place and warm rolling fire. The front desk personnel were very kind and accomodaing. The staff went out of their way for me with a personal request I had prior to arrival. By the end of the first day the front desk clerk knew my name and greeted myself and my children everyday as we were coming and going. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was also awesome as was the outdoor fire pit. Nightly family friendly movies are played by the pool and fresh popcorn is served. Rooms are well appointed with super comfortable beds and Bath and Body Works toiletries. Will be back again and again!
It's nice...not 175 dollars a night nice... save a little more, get a cabin.
