I stayed between Sunday March 21- March 26. This hotel has unbelievable customer service. The rates were so cheap for a very nice room to lay your head down on. Everyone at the front desk is so accommodating. This was my first time visiting Pigeon Forge and i will definitely return for many years to come. So i highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!
First and foremost is the customer service. Austin and Marty *i hope that I'm spelling her name correctly *both went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had to check out early due to a medical need and Marty was so sweet and showed genuine concern. Secondly, it's super clean with updated mattresses. Last but not least very safe and well lit. Definitely will be back for another stay.
We stayed for 3 nights here and our room was very clean! I was very pleased with it. The first day we arrived our heat was turning off it seemed like so we called down to the front desk and someone was up within 5 minutes. He reset it and never had a problem after. He was very nice and professional. The only thing I was wondering was why there was an inch gap underneath the door to the hall. But, didn't bother me. I just through a towel down to block the light.
However, the hotel was very quiet and we didn't hear any of the kids next door which was surprising.
Unbeatable for the price. We will definitely be back here if we need a place to stay.
The place is right beside the main road. Parking is plenty at the property. Staff members are quite friendly. The building is a bit old. The elevator as well as the air conditioning systems are quite old. The room is quite spacious and compact. Not much to complain or compliment. A good place.
The room was immaculate and a nice surprise for 50$!!!!!! Had the best rest possible..but definitely bring your own pillows..they are a little too firm but the bed was soft!! :) Beautiful view from balcony to the river!!! You can watch the morning ducks in the river while sipping some coffee on your balcony. Only complaint is the grumpy breakfast server
