We only got to stay for 2 nights but I wish it was longer. We had a private balcony with an amazing view of the mountains as well as the huge pool. It was a little too cold for us to try it out but it looked like there was a small lazy river which is awesome. I can't wait to come back to Pigeon forge and stay again in the future. My only complaint was that our room wasn't ready until after dinner time, when we came at 4:30 they said we would have to come back after dinner.
We booked the honeymoon suite room for my birthday get away. The room was very spacious, hot tub was very relaxing along with my bottle of wine. The bathroom was gorgeous I love the counter top and mirrors. The view from our room was nice. However, for the room to be a honeymoon suite I think the furniture should have been a little more up to date. The overall stay was great. The price was affordable.
Place was beautiful upon entering with the large fireplace in the lobby. Front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and very comfortable. Daily maid service even though it was not necessary for our 4 day stay. Property has plenty of amenities although not all are open due to the pandemic. Overall we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely visit again.
We have stayed here a few time and it is our go to place for when we come to Tennessee. The entrance is beautiful and inviting with a big fireplace and rustic setting. The staff are amazing! The place is super clean which we love. Going back in the spring with all four our kids. Love this place.
Very nice place to stay, the indoor pool was a perfect temp and the outdoor pool looks like a fun experience when it warms up. Hotel is very easy to get to and right on the middle of everything. Food, shopping, arcades and one in a lifetime experiences abound. Be ready for crowds especially if you do a weekend excursion, during the week is much better.
