Reviews from visitors:
Enjoyed our weekend stay at The Inn on the River. Our room with balcony over the river was really nice even though it was cold! We sat outside bundled up with coffee. We also enjoyed the fire pit several times. Breakfast was good, a lot to choose from. When we were there everyone wore mask, disposable gloves were provided and everyone seemed to be respectful of distancing. Dennis at the front desk was awesome. The young man that kept the fire pit going and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and hopefully bring our sons and their families!
We really enjoyed staying at the Inn. The rooms was very clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The indoor pool was nice but it could be a little warmer. The fire pit was really nice to sit by and enjoy the view. We loved the popcorn every night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint is they could really use a third waffle iron. Everyday there were large families that would hog the two irons and leave everyone else waiting fifteen minutes for their turn to make a waffle. I will definitely be staying again.
Fabulous! From the moment my family and I checked in here, we had a great experience. Heather at the front desk was amazingly sweet and great with my girls. The room was very clean with a beautifully renovated bathroom. Wifi was a little slow, but definitely not a deal breaker. Hot, fresh breakfast (included) every morning, with a decent selection. 24/7 hot coffee and tea bar were a great touch. Also, popcorn and juice for kids every night from 7-10 is a great bonus. Fire pit outside is also fantastic bonus! Our housekeepers were very kind and did a great job as well. Would definitely stay here again and we’re sad to be leaving!
I stayed here during the Super Bowl weekend for a celebration. My room was super clean and I had no issues with check in or staff. This hotel is very quiet and cozy. The rooms are set up well and I liked the lobby. The hot chocolate and popcorn that they serve from 7-10 is very nice as well as the breakfast. I recommend this hotel if you’re in Pigeon Forge. I stayed here for 90 dollars in a double queen bed room. Also the staff provides mask and gloves for covid guidelines as well as cleaning of amenities such as public restrooms in the indoor pool area/lobby. I came here based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint.
Really amazing and convenient hotel. We travel a bit and have been through our fair share of low quality places. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very polite and quick. Excellent views and easy entrance with parking directly alongside rooms. No walking through the dark from lots blocks away here! The doors outside are also numbered so you know which entrance is closest to your room. I've never seen a hotel do this but it's the most convenient thing I've seen, especially when traveling with kids or heavy baggage.
