Absolutely wonderful place with wonderful people. We loved every minute there. We go there as often as possible. Singing Santa makes this place amazing. I love the heart of all the employees. And the decorations are amazing. This place gets 6 stars!!!
Definitely my favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. The rooms are normal sized, but very clean and Christmas themed. Santa is there to greet kids and he sings most evenings. Free cookies and hot apple cider or coffee every evening. The breakfast is the best around including made to order omelets, sausage, bacon, ham, potatoes, Danish, made to order waffles, fruit, and a variety of juices, coffees and even chocolate milk! The rates are much more reasonable in the off season.
This hotel was the best. We were greeted with friendly staff of all kinds, from door greeters, to desk clerks, to housekeeping, they were all wonderful. The whole hotel is so beautifully decorated, and very clean. My kids enjoyed the Christmas cookies each night. Our family also enjoyed the hot breakfast that is included with your stay. Not to mention location...you are right in the mix of fun at Pigeon Forge. It's our new favorite place to stay when we come to visit.
This place deserves 34 stars out of 5. I will always stay here. The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is so calming. Almost all the people who work here are a gem. Everyone is so helpful. The breakfast is banging. Like who doesn't like bacon with their biscuits and gravy? They have their own santa. Amazing decor around the place. They give you "Elf Rewards" when you sign up for it. It gives you money off towards your next stay. And that includes gifts and merchandise they sell. If you love Christmas this is the place for you. If you love Christmas lights come here during the season. They had a slow year once and only got up like 700k lights. The Lord has blessed this place and you will be too when you stay here
Price is a little high but it's a nice place to stay especially with kids. Indoor hot tub and pool is nice but a little plain. Very clean and enjoyed the piece of fudge at check-in and the breakfast. Friendly staff. Would love to stay here again maybe when rates are a bit cheaper.
