After reading recent reviews I wasn’t expecting a very great stay. But I was totally shocked! The staff was so friendly & polite, the room was nice ( we stayed on the 3rd floor and our window didn’t lock, but we were on 3rd so we didn’t make a hassle). The bathroom was small, but you pay for what you get. All in all, I’d definitely stay again! Very pleased.
When we arrived, the front desk staff member was very kind & pleasant. Our rooms were on the third floor and were quite organized, I'd also like to mention that although the bathrooms are quite small they were not too bad, & the sink & mirrors within the actual room area were quite interesting, they looked nice. The TV channels to choose from were ample, & the WIfi worked fine, the mattresses were comfortable, & so was the window seat, when we arrived, which was at night, it was fairly quiet, & cozy, the heater worked wonders, so all in all, although it was a brief stay, it was a pleasant experience, & it was fair for the cost.
I booked a room with them they said my card would not work I asked why the guy at the front desk got smart with me and refused to look at the computer and tell me if I still had a reservation I go to another motel down the road my card works fine then I checked my bank statement and they took $181 out of my account and saying my card would not work I called the manager and he get smart with me I’m still trying to get my $180 back from them I would recommend no one to stay here
This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in my life. I call to book a hotel room in pigeon forge there are none available except here. I book two rooms for two nights (standard 2 queens room) to the sum of $700!!!! I get to the hotel and the lady in front of me books her room for $90 a night. I ask the guy at the front desk and he has NO CLUE why my room cost so much because I booked with a 3rd party booking agency. I knew when I arrived the $700 way too much because this establishment is in TERRIBLE condition. Pretty much got robbed entirely! Now have to make the best of my weekend vacation with my family after having been had by this hotel...completely unacceptable
We had the best time! The room size was perfect for my family and the staff was very helpful. Will be returning for future trips!
