Front desk was nice and informative. The hotel room clean, smells nice, big bathroom and has everything needed. Hotel is up on a big hill so might be difficult in winter or when there is lots of rain. The actual building looks a bit out dated but is just cozy and nice on the inside.
I can't give this place a great review :/ the staff was super nice and accommodating BUT the room we stayed in smelled awful. they were pretty packed so we couldn't move rooms at first, but eventually we were able to. the second room was nicer but still had a slight smell.
You get what you pay for. Super cheap rates equals small beds and lumpy pillows but it didn't bother me. Great water pressure was a bonus. Quiet stay.
Upon arriving we noticed bed bugs in one of our rooms, we brought it to the attention of the staff and she blew it off. Advised them we would not be staying there and they said the manager would take care of it, nothing was done no manager showed up and they billed the full price even though we did not stay there. If I could give negative ratings I would, if you don’t want bed bugs don’t stay here!!!!!!!
This place is JUNK! The assistant manager does everything possible to not help potential customers. Tell us the entire top floor is booked for the night with 2 vehicles in the parking lot. We ask to see a room on the 3rd floor, was extremely rude and said he wouldn't show us the room unless we book it first and would not refund if the room wasn't up to our standards. After experiencing this, looked at reviews to find multiple people have complained about this person over the past few months, but the problem isn't resolved.
