The ladies at the front desk were all really nice! The rooms were clean and very cozy. Our jacuzzi worked great.The beds were comfortable. We slept good. Our dog had plenty of room to play and walk around inside and out back. If you have a pet it costs $25 a day.There is a smoking section in the back by the river but there is no smoking by the buildings. Great location too! We would definitely stay here again!

We stay here normally. It's good if you're only going to be in town for a day or two. Close to everything yet how it's laid out there are no street lights beeming though the curtains. Plus easy access to the back road to Dodge traffic. ;)
You get what you pay for the bed was comfortable the room was decently sized. My biggest problem was that it was quite noisy at around midnight I guess this hotel has paper thin walls. They were also doing some construction outside which I wasn’t warned about until less than 24 hours before my trip. Also not to be pervy or anything but if you’re looking to get intimate with your SO The bed we slept in was extremely creaky.
Timbers Inn is a nice resort even though they were in the middle of renovations, but: 1. It wasn't very clean, 2. You have to pay a $30 extra pet fee, and it was more expensive to stay in Pigeon Forge than to stay in the middle of Gatlinburg ( including my dog ) for way cheaper at several different resorts. Customer service was nice.
