Honestly the best experience we've ever had and the trip isn't over. David at the front desk is a true gentleman. He went above and beyond just to make sure we were happy. After we checked in we got an anniversary card from them. It was only a small portion of their kindness, but it made a big gesture of who they are. Very clean, amazing staff, and tons of things to do with your family. Can't wait to bring or kids next weekend.

The lazzy river,arcade room and the swimming pool was our favorite.

Love the structures, buildings and theme throughout the park. Very nicely done.
You'll be walking (or pushing/pulling strollers, etc.) up and down hills, so be ready to get your exercise in for the day.
Everyone is friendly. The "time saver" passes were awesome. It's like next in line service! As they said when we got them... if you are in a long line, you're in the wrong line... once you identify what the time saver logo looks like, it makes it easier to spot. We did not wait in long lines to get on rides.
There is enough to do for everyone. The park has an equal amount for all it seems.
Take advantage of the professional photographers onsite. They take great pictures! Stop at the main photo booth in the morning and see what they have to offer in the way of packages you might like.
Now, I don't know if it's like this everyday, but the food lines were unreasonably slow. I think there is room for process improvement for sure. The staff was friendly, but it's going to be a minute before you get your food; like 30 min for a , even after the order was placed. The food lines were longer than some of the ride lines.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit... so much so, we are going back tomorrow... but we will for sure pack a snack!

I had a conference down here. Normally, the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area would not be my cup of tea (and it really isn't), but the resort itself was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and efficiently run. Everything, every detail was top notch. I mean, the toilet paper is folded and embossed with the butterfly logo. That's insane. The conference room facilities were good. (True story: the only conference I have attended where there wasn't an AV glitch!) The bar was a nice, fun, casual place to grab a cold drink after a long day.
