This 5 star rating is based on service and staff member Luke Mcneil. I called to request something for a friend on their arrival and within 5 minutes Luke arranged it . I'm in Sydney and amazed at the service and the ease of it all even taking payment to shout a mate couple beers for their arrival . Well done Luke I look forward to booking in to the QT Perth when I make my way there . What great service many 5 star hotels should learn from such service
Found the room very small with no chair which older people need. TV didn't work but I reported that. Nice location. Staff all very nice. Enjoyed overall stay
Excellent two night stay at COMO The Treasury. We had high expectations based on previous reviews and acclaim for best hotel in Perth - and they were met. Glad we chose it over the RC.
We ate dinner at POST the first evening - which exceeded expectations. The gnocchi was superb.
Only comment would be that they wanted to seat us immediately beside another table, despite it being largely empty when we arrived and left, and our request to move tables wasn’t warmly met (explanation being they would be busy... evidence said otherwise).
Aside from that blip, service was otherwise exemplary. Breakfast was fantastic both days - both food and service.
The building is beautiful and immaculately clean. Rooms are the same - kudos to the cleaning staff and management on this front.
Gym is well equiped and pool very nice.
Would definitely stay here again. A good start to our holiday.
Used to go there to hand over the food for the Quarantine friend’s family.
Hotel looks like good, situated in the busy Hay street of Perth city.
Easy to get parking in one of the 15min 3 parking bays.
Excellent conditions, service and price.
The breakfast at the restaurant added on to the package is an excellent choice. Once again, unbeatable service, food and price.

Stayed here a few times now. Great little city hotel. Popped in just a couple days before our event to try and get booked in Naomi on reception was fantastic, so helpful, happy, Smiling, funny and accommodating. She got us booked in on what was a busy weekend in the city and we had a great stay. Rooms are well equipped, modern and spacious. Would definitely stay ourselves again in this hotel and would definitely recommend.
We had a great experience with the Ritz Carlton. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a valentine’s day with beautiful view. Every staff member we encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I had a hearth breakfast, the food was great. I enjoyed having their special bacon with toasted sourdough. I could feel the chefs and the staffs truly care about our breakfast experience. Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had in AU. We highly recommend this hotel.
Was stuck there on Govt Quarantine...food sucked but it isn't the hotels fault.. Govt issue food rations...but otherwise the hotel is great, staff friendly and given the circumstances have nothing to complain about...room was big, comfy, great air-conditioning etc...if I had to book and pay for a hotel by choice I would recommend this hotel as being perfectly equal to any other 5 star hotel. A very nice, modern, chic hotel with dining on the ground and first floor. The location is fantastic and I would come back just for that. The room was small but nice , the window was dirty on the outside and there was no fridge but you can get an ice bucket to cool your drinks. Its nice to see the use of so much glass on the ground floor and in the bathroom however these surfaces require a lot of wiping and the glass doors in our bathroom was not clean. The bed was comfy having stayed three nights and the aircon was on in our room constantly which was nice to come back to a cool room after exploring the city. Will be back
Great location, modern clean rooms. Spacious bathroom and very comfy bed. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming also.
Stayed at the Adnate with the family between Christmas and New Year. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again. The location is perfect with everything you need close to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Probably the best customer service I have had in a hotel. Pool and bar is a lovely setting with great drinks on offer. Will definitely back and look forward to our next visit. Thanks again to the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable
Rooms are large with all amenities. Bathroom extremely well appointed. Cheerful, friendly and very helpful staff. We couldn't fault it other than there is no parking and you have to park your come some distance away. Small price to pay for a stay in a beautiful hotel.
Lovely hotel and location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bar downstairs very nice and a lovely hot breakfast. Nice 5 minute walk to downtown. No parking on site but so easy to get to by public transport.
Really great hotel. The renovations have made it a truly beautiful spot. Away from the core of the city, but still within walking distance. Some great restaurants inside, and few nice ones near by.
Highly recommended.
We are currently staying here for a few days. The property is beautiful but what really stands out is the exceptional staff and service. Melissa looked after our reservation and was so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here.
We are in an interconnecting deluxe room. Immaculately clean. Tomorrow we move to a suite. 5 stars all the way so far.
