Excellent conditions, service and price.
The breakfast at the restaurant added on to the package is an excellent choice. Once again, unbeatable service, food and price.
Excellent service and room! Was greeted with a friendly smile upon reception and was shown to the room where I was pleasantly surprised, with modern bathrooms and a homely bedroom. Will definitely come back again, thanks for the experience European Hotel :)

My second home for over 4 years now great staff
Stayed in room 178 last night. 30/01/2021.
1. Lobby and hallways very nice.
2. Room had a second bed. Didn’t book the extra bed.
3. Bed side table light had no lamp in it.
4. There was a women’s hair pin on the floor by my bed. Left it on the bedside table.
5. Toilet broken. Flush did not work. Then when finally worked. Would keep running.
6. There was an Afro beats open mic night at the bar my place opposite the hotel. The doof doof loud music went to 12 am. Could not sleep. Shame we couldn’t leave our window open in the summer time. Should offer complimentary ear plugs.
7. Tv had 3 channels
8. Wifi would not work. Could not load Facebook app on my phone.
9. Bed was nice. Pillows were perfect.

11. Complimentary toiletries only given were conditioner shower cap sanitary bag and vegetable soap. With a shower bath set up I would think we would be given bath gel or shower gel

14. Complimentary breakfast was nice
Would not recommend the sausages. Would have been nice if the juices were cold.
15. Parking was close by and validation was easy. $18 for the 24 hrs.
16. We had the superior queen room I would recommend confirming a photo to the room you want.
