What an amazing B&B. The grounds are amazing with a wonderful pool, perfect area to relax in. The rooms are very spacious extremely well appointed and Pete does an amazing breakfast. Weekend getaway or place to stay while in Perth, do your self a favor and stay at Rosebridge House

Our host Pete was professional, lovely & very accomodating. Would go out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable.

I'd definitely recommend
This is the perfect weekend getaway from Perth, close to lookouts and the Bickley valley wineries. The gardens are lovely and the spa bath in the Rose room was so relaxing and such a treat! Peter was very accommodating and the cooked breakfast was great too, would definitely stay again.
A delightful stay and a great host. Brekky was lovely.
