Lovely hotel and location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bar downstairs very nice and a lovely hot breakfast. Nice 5 minute walk to downtown. No parking on site but so easy to get to by public transport.
Great location. The customer service we received from Nicole, who was on the front counter at breakfast was Fantastic. Her service, mannerism and work ethic was something your Company and Nicole should be very proud of. Will definitely stay again. Regards Darren
Beautiful rooms. Had a king and connecting room for kids. Service was impeccable every interaction. Highly recommend for a city stay. We went to a few Fringe shows. Gets a bit rowdy on a Saturday night from 9pm onwards. Good parking near by on Roe. Breaks was cheap for kids $11. Will stay again.
Really nice modern room and decor. Very comfortable bed, and great service at breakfast, which was nice and hot with a good variety of food and goid coffee. Front desk service was exceptional on check-in and Check out. Really quick and efficient. Very nice pool area. Overall highly recommend
The toilet was really clean. Room was spacious enough. The only downside is that you cannot watch anything on TV without paying $25 per movie.
