Rooms were lovely and clean, comfiest hotel bed ever and very decently priced for what you get. Great location close to everything but nice quiet street. Staff were wonderful, friendly, very helpful and the food was amazing. 10/10 place to stay I have returned twice and definitely will next trip to Perth. It was a home away from home while a family member was in hospital I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.
Sage is good value for money.
One of the few places you can book without a large bond taken out, that you then have to wait up to a week to receive back. Big plus for me.
The beds are fantastic, as is the food offered from the restaurant downstairs.
It's clean, the staff friendly and the location good.
Personally, I think the gym could use an upgrade and a look wouldn't go amiss.
But what is offered here is very well done. I'd stay here again.
Spacious room and shower. Convenient location, a service station is within 10 minutes walk. Also a restaurant (Julio's) right down stairs. Air-con doesn't seem to be working very well, always felt like we need some fresh air when in the room.
Toilet wouldn't flush, air con sounds like a jet plane on full thrust even on the lowest setting, lift was broken and took ages for hot water to come through.
Reception desk was no help at all, they simple didn't care, we were there two nights, arriving late on the first night, my wife ended up using toilet in lobby cause it wouldn't flush, apparently was no rooms to move us to for the second night and no apology was offered, no voucher for another stay was offered, staff on front desk seemed like they didn't understand or simply weren't interested.
Ironically, when leaving key card on front desk on our second and final morning, there was another couple there at the desk complaining too.
I overheard the last of the their complaints and they too were dismissed all too easily.
Shame on you Sage Hotel.
Fantastic stay. Only one night unfortunately. Friendly staff great room and meals at Julios were incredible. Looking forward to our next Perth visit.
