Was stuck there on Govt Quarantine...food sucked but it isn't the hotels fault.. Govt issue food rations...but otherwise the hotel is great, staff friendly and given the circumstances have nothing to complain about...room was big, comfy, great air-conditioning etc...if I had to book and pay for a hotel by choice I would recommend this hotel as being perfectly equal to any other 5 star hotel. We had the floral high tea recently and the experience was excellent! Love the set up of the lounge and the ambience was lovely. The food was not bad and the rose scones were the best scones we had in a while. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The only issue is was we took a while to figure out where the high tea entrance was.
Attended my sisters wedding there just under a week ago in the Main Ballroom and was wowed the entire time! The food was amazing and with a little encouragement the staff in charge of drinks attended us without fault throughout the night. Would recommend this venue to anyone in the future!
Spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Staff are courteous and very accomodating. Probably the best hotel in Perth.
