The check-in was smooth, quick and faultless, pleasant staff, well informed and a good introduction to the Ingot.
The hotel, room, reception and corridors were clean and well maintained.
We booked a deluxe king room. The web site states a mini bar in the room, there was no mini bar. The sofa in the room is extremely uncomfortable. But what really made me smile was the hotel amenities on bookings.com states as one of the hotels amenities as including toilet paper. Really !!!!
Oh, and by the way - the toilet paper was the thinnest toilet paper you have ever seen
So a beautiful, new and modern hotel. Rooms are of high standard and price is reasonable. The room service was great also.
I was here post surgery before flying back home. They staff were very accommodating to my needs without making it feel like an fuss. Next time I have to come to Perth, I will definitely be booking here again.
Love it here. We have stayed 3 times now and always love the place. It is a gorgeous hotel with great amenities for an amazing price. Staff are lovely and attentive and the rooms are beautiful.
Love staying here. Free shuttle to and from airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great food and drink selections.

Super accommodating considering my late booking and check in, friendly staff, good food and all very reasonably priced. I would've put 4.5 stars if I could because the bar closed a little early for my liking on a Saturday night but.. it isn't worth a 4 star rating in my books so 5 it is. Will definitely be booking again in the future.
