Rooms are large with all amenities. Bathroom extremely well appointed. Cheerful, friendly and very helpful staff. We couldn't fault it other than there is no parking and you have to park your come some distance away. Small price to pay for a stay in a beautiful hotel.
My husband and I stayed here for a night while in Perth for a wedding. Our room was ready three hours early and the hotel offered us early checkin which was very nice of them. The room and bed was extremely comfortable, we had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was also very nice through it could use a couple more options like an omelette bar, we dined with a beautiful view of the river which was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay.
Very nice hotel, booked a panoramic deluxe river view room for my fiances birthday. Hotel is brand new and very fresh and clean. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Service is also very good, staff are eager to help out as much as possible.
Brand new hotel with the best views in the city! Very clean and nice rooms. Pool area is beautiful, actually everywhere at this hotel views are amazing.
The rooftop bar “18 Knots” 10 out of 10. Highly recommend to come little early to catch the sunset.
Steak at “Reel Kitchen” was delicious as well.
Gonna be one of the best hotel in Perth.
Partner and I stayed mid January. Upon arrival at 4:30pm, room wasn't ready and at first the staff member wasn't going to check me in, as the booking was in my partners name and he hadn't listed me as staying. I got asked to go wait in the bar, but after a couple minutes the concierge said a room was available. At this point my credit card details were taken, to hold against the room if any charges were made. (I get they take the card details, no issue there.)
Concierge was also handing out complimentary bottles of water and cookies to other patrons, but I didn't get any and had to follow up on the bottles of water with housekeeping.
We stayed for two nights. Room was nice enough. Few hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Location is great. Rooftop bar is nice, but when we went very busy and had to wait a long time for service and for drinks. Pool was very small and not enough day beds. Had to wait and then jump in if it looked as if someone was leaving. Delivery fee for champagne glasses and ice bucket to room, which I thought was a bit cheeky. Unsure if this is standard practice in hotels. When we went to bed at night there was a light in the bathroom that stayed on and we couldn't find the switch for.
Upon checkout, partner checked out and asked them to make sure that the booking was charged to him and not my card. A week later, he checked his account and it had been charged to his card and then he got me to check mine and they had charged my card as well. He called them the Tuesday to follow up and get my card refunded, they told him it would be 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed. We are now at day 20 (business days) and the refund has still not been done.
Overall hotel is nice and new, but the price does not match the service. Won't ever stay here again.
