We had a great experience with the Ritz Carlton. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a valentine’s day with beautiful view. Every staff member we encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I had a hearth breakfast, the food was great. I enjoyed having their special bacon with toasted sourdough. I could feel the chefs and the staffs truly care about our breakfast experience. Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had in AU. We highly recommend this hotel.
Waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks to be served at the downstairs bar.
Had a spa day with my girlfriends. Masseuses were amazing. I have had massages in 4 different countries and this was by far the best I had. Finished off at the lounge with a quick lunch. Had one of the pastas with lamb mince...amazing. Chef came over to check meal was alright. Felt very special.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was fabulous. The rooms are very well appointed with separate dressing room and separate toilet. There is NO buffet breakfast but you can choose as much as you like from the menu. Unfortunately I was very ill from the breakfast.
Sebastian was amazing! He went all out and provided the best customer service. There was issues with the glass of wine I had and Sebastian just onto it and resolved the issue. Things will always go wrong but it's how we handle them. Sebastian ensured we had a good experience and I cannot wait to be back!!
