I really liked it. Had a great out door garden with lots of shade. Loved being surrounded by the old buildings. Had a great feel about it. I ordered the steak sandwich. Was a decent size feed. Looking forward to going back there
Lovely historical pub, restaurant and accommodation. Menu was varied enough for most appetites. Friendly staff and fair market prices. Family friendly and plenty of off street parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended.
Going above and beyond! The lovely lady who greeted us noticed that my partner was limping, we were assigned a room in the top floor, she very kindly, without being ask told us she’d move us to a room on the ground floor.
Food was delicious. And the rooms clean and well maintained. Will come again.

Had fish and chips and salad. Perfect. Even the salad was perfect. Seasoned to perfection. I wanted to tell the bar service people how good it was but they were too busy so we left. I will be back
