Stayed here a few times now. Great little city hotel. Popped in just a couple days before our event to try and get booked in Naomi on reception was fantastic, so helpful, happy, Smiling, funny and accommodating. She got us booked in on what was a busy weekend in the city and we had a great stay. Rooms are well equipped, modern and spacious. Would definitely stay ourselves again in this hotel and would definitely recommend.
Well priced with nice rooms. Certainly not luxurious but that's not what if expect at this price point. Rooms were clean and well sized with all the expected amenities. Nice little desk area if you're staying for work or working while you stay. Bed was comfy and large and there was a little daybed/lounge in our room as well. Would stay again.
On arrival the parking was convenient, Front desk was easy thanks to Naomi , she was very helpful and bubby , ran through all the important info , gave us some tips for nearby eateries, rooms are spacious and modern , had a lovely night , walked down to Elizabeth quay as it was walking distance , had a lovely Thai meal , got back to hotel with ease.
Naomi was wonderful again , def stay again around wine festival!
Clean, comfortable, good facilities, 24 hour staffed reception, everything is within walking distance. Would have given 5 stars if the room wasn’t serviced without my knowledge(also half-heartedly).
Great place to stay. Dog friendly accommodation. Rooms are a good size,ours had a kitchenette. Bar restaurant on the premises but separate from the hotel- can order room service but not open alcohol drinks. Recommend
