Blown away.
We stayed for our anniversary (1night)
The staff were amazingly professional, check in was quick, the room had a stunning view (King room), very clean, very well furnished - the bed was to die for. We just loved laying on the day bed by the window!
The staff were kind enough to leave us a bottle of sparkling and some chocolate to celebrate. It was lovely.
We had dinner at Springs which unfortunately wasn't great, the servings were good but the presentation and taste was average.
We visited again for breakfast and that changed the game, great coffee, amazing sautéed mushrooms and my partner enjoyed the big breakfast. Nothing like the buzz of a busy cafe in the morning.
Loved it, will be back.
Our stay here was perfect! We asked for early check-in, a room on a high floor with river views and they came through on all our requests. I told them we were staying for my husband's birthday and they even left a little birthday treat for him. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Such a gorgeous hotel! We stayed for a night away and our expectations were more then met! The staff were the most polite bunch they really make you feel welcoming, the restaurant had the most amazing pork belly as-well as the butter chicken 10/10.
The rooms were so lovely and fresh we had the luxury of having a corner room which was beautiful in every way!
Will definitely be staying again soon, can’t fault a thing!
Very nice modern room with great views if you get a river view room. Spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities, large 50" TV, bar fridge ( not stocked) as they have a revive station downstairs near lobby where you can buy wines, water, snacks etc. The only negative i would say is there was no bottled water supplied in the room so you had to either use the tap water which is fine to drink, or buy a 600ml bottle of water from the revive station. Otherwise pleasant stay
Staff at front desk were amazing and friendly.easy check in.rooms are gorgeous and very very clean.restaurant was clean and comfy.we had breakfast there and was delish!! The staff,one in particular,but didn’t get there name,was the best,so helpful and just all round awesome.thanks for the stay,we will be back
