Good place to stay and helpful staff. Stayed during quarantine, and they have been extremely helpful from the time of booking until last day.
Front desk Ms C very very good English n helped me purchase approved fruit and topped up my cell phone...staff very helpful...this coming week menu Asian request on given alternative menu ..no like western dishes as living Pattaya 12 yrs cook my own.. love cooking. Meals should have more Salid replace French Frye please ...5 star for staff Room TV could be larger WiFi very good.

I was in quarantine so,difficult to talk about amenities.foid good but cold
3 star for this place. It is not bad but also not the best in the price. Lobby without AC so be ready till you get your room to cool down from the heat.
AC in the room take time to cool down. The bathtub is bit high, so take care after shower when the floor is wet.
Pool is good size for max 8 people and few kids.
5 mins shared taxi ride to beach road and walking distance to terminal mall.
Few good clubs nearby but need Google maps to find it.
Location is easy to get to by car. Close to shopping mall for food choices. The hotel staff English was not good, restaurant closed. The room was very basic and more that like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The rear of hotel has a large car park for buses so be aware of noise from that too.
