Clean with cheap place
It was my first time to go in pattaya I'm expecting a very good and nice trip that's why i booked a room here in B2 south premier hotel but im so dissapointed on everything. First i call for early check in if possible but no ne speak to me and keep me waiting on the phone for almost 20 mins after they hang up the phone i called for 4 times but they keep on hanging it. Also they dont inform us about the key card that should be updated at 12pm everyday. There's no information on anything. Not recommendable for someone who wants to stay in this hotel. Staffs attitude is very bad also.

The room was clean and nice.
There are soap, shampoo, towel, coffee.
No good:
The air conditioner can not adjust.
I can hear the voice at the walk way.
Cheap and cheerful budget accommodation that does all it needs to do.
Second time i stayed here. it was reasonable price with good service and facilities as hair dryer, kettle, fridge, and also located far from street, but on 22/12/20 night, l heard loud and noisy music nearby at 3.30 am til 7.00 am., bad time for me that day :(((.
PS. The main road was underconstucted since July 2020.
