Last night went there to ask for a short time room around 3:00 am, the receptionist was sleeping at the desk and after waking her up she looked tired and confused. Not a nice first impression.!!
We asked for price of a short time room, and she replied 2,000 tbh for 1 hour. This is a very high price even online its cheaper per noght abkit 1600, and I never heard of such a high fee for a room. It makes me wonder if she was overcharging us and may be keep the difference in her pocket as most hotels around walking street charge about 700. Anyway we left to look for another hotel and found one just around a corner for a much lower.price.
If owners are reading this you should check cameras as your night shift staff is sleeping on reception desk and also is asking for 2,000 which is a fairly high price. Anyway I wont be back.
Had an amazing experience during my stay
Great location and big rooms but I won't return for a few reasons.
First, the rooms are a bit worn. My sheets had holes in them. The towels were very old and rough. These are little things but shouldn't happen for the rates they charge.
Second, the older lady at reception was extremely rude for no reason every time I saw her. Maybe she just is racist against white people? She should be fired if management cares about repeat business. I'm sure I'm not the first customer she has driven away. She was also very rude to any guests people had over according to another guest I talked to.
Third, they don't have any secure luggage room to leave your luggage. They told me to just leave it in the hall where anyone could go into it without the front desk seeing it. I asked to leave it behind the front desk in the corner which would have been more secure and was out of the way of the staff. The rude lady just yelled cannot. I asked why and she just started yelling at me. It was nuts. It's a shame because this place could be great.
The room and bathroom was awesome and clean. Loved the way it looked. Love the rooftop pool as well. Extremely close to the walking street but quiet enough to sleep in.
Nice rooms but no lift (that's an elevator for our friends across the pond). Great location right next to the action on walking street
