The location is so good. Easy to get bus both ways. I booked a courtyard room but I have no idea which one is better with the deluxe room. Just save money.
Actually, I prefer better condition hotel even if far from the beach and cheaper. But this choice was worst ever. The only good thing was the location. I don't like to stay in the room. Because the first on the floor was slide looks like oil on the floor. The second I can hear any sounds from on that floor. You can check how many people will check in on that day and night.
In the morning I try to use the toilet, you guys check on my pics, water was brown. Yes, brown. I was calling the front desk. She said many guests use water so water is done from the tank. Have to wait for a refill into the tank. Yes, that's true. Recently, COVID-19 issues many hotels are closed, and that day was a holiday in Thailand. But I saw that situation by myself I don't wanna take a shower from there and stay no more.
Anyway, I have to say thanks to housekeepers. They were kind.
방음 하나도 안되서 통로에 사람 지나가고 떠드는게 침대에서 밤새 다들려요. 밤낮으로 통로 오가는 사람들 소리에 프론트에 연락해서 체크인시 실내에서 조용히 해달라고 안내요청했어요.
아침에 화장실 물이 진짜 똥물이라 프론트에 연락했더니 게스트가 많아서 물탱크 바닥나서 채우는 중이래요. 이후로 절대 샤워도 화장실 사용도 못하겠더라구요. 그날 2020년 7월 연휴 이기는 했지만 코로나 때문에 게스트가 거의 없는 상황이고 그날도 호텔 반도 못채운 상황이었는데 그랬습니다. 관리 자채가 안되는 호텔인것 같아요.
정말 위치가 중요하시면 예약하세요. 저는 사실 혼자있을땐 다른호텔에 있다가 친구때문에 이 호텔로 이동한거라 돈 아까웠어요. 더욱이 사진보고 코야드로 선택했는데 실물은 사이즈도 동일하고 거기서 거기에요. 아, 딱 한국 모텔이에요. 호텔 자체는 10년이 넘었다네요.
The staff here are super helpful and friendly. The location is great, only a one minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to walking Street. The pool is interesting, and the gym is nicer than the average hotel gym. The rooms are nice, and looked nearly renovated. Overall had a great experience here and in Pattaya.
Nice and clean rooms, quiet aircon and location, stayd there quite many Times. The location is also great near beach, food and shopping options.

Only bad side has been that some of The rooms had a bad smell in them.
Is exactly as described. Room was basic but clean. Staff are excellent, really great service with a smile. Price was very reasonable. Only thing was wifi is a bit hit and miss, but a small price to pay for a great stay.
