There are so many things to say about the resort and most of them are positive. The staff are excellent! They speak very good English and they are always happy to help. The rooftop bar is also a good spot at night or in the morning. The view from there is amazing, big plus for the two swimming pools. The buffet is also excellent, there is a vast choice of many different local and western dishes, cereals and crepes.
4/5 stars because the design of the room is somewhat weird. Don't expect to have privacy in the toilet as the door has massive holes in it, no joke! They tried to have this contemporary art design everywhere and it s so weird for a hotel. The shower is quite tiny and the rooms could have been smaller (extra useless space with a sofa?) to enlarge the bathroom with at least a decent bathtub. Check the photos on the website, you ll understand by yourself :)
A very pleasant stay anyway for a very affordable price during Covid.
The hotel looks newer and the rooms have a modern touch. With the 'My Club' benefits you actually not need to go out. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail with some snacks you will feel full. As we want go out for a steak we have to take care not to eat too much. But the provided food looks and taste very good.
The best hotel in Pattaya!! Very nice, kind and helpful staff. Food is amazing. The pool and the bar are very nice, the view is breathtaking!! I'll come back for sure!! I loved it!!
