Huge room (2-bed executive suite), clean but rather basic. Very close to the beach. Hot water not very hot and pressure not good enough to fill the bath. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the pool. Parking can be an issue on Saturday evening.
Hotel : Great room and facility, clean and privacy. Hilight is a Wizard Brewery at the ground floor. You will find great craft beer "Wizard beer" here. Live music friendly atmosphere and great European food. Must be try!!!!!
We go for karting, the hotel is only 200 m, very practical . Simple hotel and quite cheap. No sea-view. Just practical . Walking distance from the walking street, but due to covid , it’s sad, most of hotels, restaurants, bars and massages are fully closed .
About 200 m. from Walking Street! Around here also have 7-11 McDonalds, massage centers, restaurants and other attractions. Very very nice & clean place to stay in the heart of Pattaya. Biggest Clean rooms and Clean bathroom in the best location recommended for group friend. Exceptional service.Highly recommended! ambrosial suites
Relaxed, older guesthouse in Jomtien area - close to beach and local night market. The rooms are quite large. We stayed in a regular studio room on the 3rd floor. As is mentioned in other reviews, be aware that there is no lift/elevator. The regular studio rooms all have a balcony or patio (ground floor) overlooking the street. The guesthouse is an older building, but it is generally well maintained and comfortable.
The air conditioning kept the room cool-ish, but it could not get our room down below around 23 or 24 degrees Celsius (74/75 F) - my attempt at an estimate of the temperature. Since we were already settled in to the room, instead of requesting a different room, we requested a fan (which was delivered promptly - thanks!) and that worked great.
As has been mentioned in other reviews, the beds are on a large wooden platform that sticks out quite a bit from the mattress itself, so you do have to be a bit careful when walking around the bed to ensure you don't hit your shins. The bed itself was comfortable, large and not as hard as many that I have slept on in Thailand.
The rooms were quiet, we didn't have any issues trying to get to sleep at night. It is just a short walk from the hotel to beach road (baht bus, restaurants, beach chairs, etc.), and there is a 7-11 right at the corner (you have to look for it, the entrance is hidden a bit by the open air restaurant on the north side).
The staff were friendly and efficient for check in and check out, and breakfast was basic but plentiful.
My friend Rob and Myself Stayed at Pattaya Garden Apartments I believe was in April 2016!!?Absolutely Beautiful Hotel!!Stunning Apartments. My friend Rob stayed on the top floor with a balcony and Amazing views Day & Night. I stayed in one of the cheaper Apartments down the stairs at the back of the hotel. Still beautiful!!. Queen size beds I believe.Air conditioning in all rooms!! Very comfortable, and managed by an English Ex pat himself. Very friendly Man and his Beautiful wife. Security guards at night,also very friendly chaps!! The maids do an Awesome job. Refreshing the rooms , changing bedding and replacing water, tea etc etc.
Pattaya Garden Apartments couldn't be in a better spot. Between pattaya and Jomtiem beach. Quiete, Serene and stunning. All amenities including bar with flat screen tv!! I myself HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Compact size hotel on small road but easily access to north pattaya beach. Clean and tidy, good condition structure. Staffs are very nice. There are tiny pool and gym. Too little parking space
Great place, peaceful and cozy compare to the place I m staying here at Bangkok.. 7/11 next door and beach in walkable distance makes it more likeable. If you like exploring places then walking street, big Buddha, view point are not very far. Host was very understanding and helpful.
