There are good pluses and bad minuses. Wifi was poor throughout in my room so we had to be in pool area to get wifi. The bathroom separator curtain doesn’t exist. Bathtub is scrapped from the bottom. Hot water doesn’t reach bathtub but outside bathtub on floor it reaches. So floor gets wet and due to slope issues water stays stuck in places. Basin is too small. On the plus side. Rooms are great. Neat clean. Balcony was great. Food in their restaurant is good and cheap. Their scooter hire is cheap. Pool is very good. Staff are super excellent cooperative and always trying to help. So really mixed bag. Location is not beach but surrounded by eateries bars massage parlours etc. We chose family room and it’s adequate for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The king bed can easily fit 3 adults.
Nice concept and affordable pricing. Every room is a unique theme. Amenities could improve such as having an ironing board, providing toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. Only bar soap was provided.
Second visit to this lovely place. Beautifully decorated rooms, especially the pool villas, set in lovely natural surroundings. Great service from all the staff, particularly those at the pool bar. A delightful little restaurant on site serving very well priced dishes. Looking forward to coming back next year!
I really enjoyed my stay here. Great views, spacious clean room, wonderful hospitality, and great location. A little walk from all the action but very doable. I was a solo female traveler and walking during the day was fine. Even at night there were plenty of people on the streets. I would definitely stay again.
They had a very hospitable welcome, offered us a free cold drink and fresh wet towels that we really appreciated, since we had come a long way and it was very hot.
The pool was awesome, had a perfect view, with the pool bar, and the chairs around it, it was just superb. It was a beautiful spot.
The hotel is located in the shopping center Ceylon. Which automatically makes its location unique. All shops are within walking distance: grocery, souvenir, clothes ... There is also a large selection of restaurants for every taste from McDonald's to expensive Japanese or Italian. One hundred meters one night food market and a little further away the second. In 2 minutes walk Banglo Road, street entertainment. I want to note immediately in the rooms of the night fun can not be heard. To the beach slowly walk for 7-10 minutes. We were lazy, and immediately ordered a rental car Orange car phuket, on the Internet there is a website for them, they are easily located in search engines), it turned out much cheaper than a taxi.
Breakfast in a wonderful cafe opposite. You can find food for every taste. There were always fruits, species 5-7. And there was enough food for everyone, never was that something was over and did not update.
One of the good and budget hotels to stay in Phuket. Well mannered, polite, helpful and good staff. You'll also get bikes on rent from the hotel counter itself. They'll ask for your passport and keep with them till return of bike. It's safe this way as the documents are kept with hotel only. Also, bike renting doesn't cost much when compared to others. If you're visiting Phuket then be rest assured this hotel is wonderful for budget stay. There computer cafe free of cost, good lounge and a small swimming pool to spend time at the end of the day. I also stayed in another hotel which was costlier but as not good as this and not friendly as this. Totally recommended for your stay in Phuket. Travel arrangements/transfers are also arranged by the hotel staff at reasonable rates, no need of bargain. If I visit again, I'll surely stay at this hotel. Rooms are tidy and clean and well maintained and serviced regularly. Thanks Forty Winks.

Staff is very nice and professional. Hotel is nice and clean. Close to 7/11, good food, Thanon Bangla and the beach is just a short stroll away. Although it does get a bit noisy sometimes from the road just outside. And the AC sounds like it has seen better days. But turn the AC down to level 1 and it is alot better. Overall I like this place. The staff really makes it super comfy!
Nice Cozy and Clean Room. Comfortable King size Bed. Nice Location and you can easily walk through the nearby area. Not much options in Breakfast for Indian Vegetarian people. Only Milk, Cornflakes and Fresh Fruits. They provide 2 bottle of water 500 ml each, for more water you have to purchase the same. Overall a Nice Hotel and Supportive Staff.
Good hotel.clean & safe. Breakfast is nice. Location good..swimming pool big and clean . Only one thing which you 'll find it in most of patong hotel is the customer service very low. Not good. I hope they 'll talk to the receptionist to be more politely.
Hip Hostel is located on a small alley ,so near Central & Junceylon Department store.The hostel is so chic ,You can watch TV at common area at the lobby.The mixed dorm room is lovely & clean.Bathroom is inside with dorm room. Only downside is Wifi,it's weak at dorm room.
Nice hotel, they allowed us early check in . Rooms are nice and clean with balcony. Ask for street facing room, Tiger bar is just opposite to those street facing rooms. Separate entry is there for Hotel guests. 7/11 and family mart stores are there within 10 meter distance. Plenty of food options, but we liked the lebanese kebabs just next door. Keep travelling
