They had a very hospitable welcome, offered us a free cold drink and fresh wet towels that we really appreciated, since we had come a long way and it was very hot.
The pool was awesome, had a perfect view, with the pool bar, and the chairs around it, it was just superb. It was a beautiful spot.
Super nice hotel, big pool, nice rooms with soft beds and very nice staff, great location with many bars and resturants.

However...
Cockroaches/ants for two of the three rooms we booked.
The receptionists did not speak English and they would not understand requests, or they pretented that they did not understand. Rude at times.
I was inside the room when the housekeeping people came to make up the room. When they started making the beds instead of changing them or just stretching the sheets, they were turning them upside down. If this is done for every person that slept in this bed that means that I have slept with the numerous other people that have touched indirectly the bed.
The rooms were in front of the busy main road. So, there was a lot of noise from it since the door was towards the road and provided no soundproof. Also, the window was single glazed and it could not lock in all 3 rooms.
There was no pavements towards the hotel and it was extremely dangerous to leave the hotel.
The concept of customer service satisfaction does not exist.
Great place. Clean rooms and lovely pool area. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area and recommended some motorbike rentals, restaurants and special attractions. The bed was cleaned daily, comfy and the shower was hard and cool water. Very refreshing.
