Very nice hotel with great staff and management. I had the chance to meet the manager, and once you meet this guy you confirm that this hotel is in good hands. I said I would love to have even a small table to work in my room, he made sure to arrange this and few hours later when I came back, I had a desk in my room. Hotel is super clean, staff is friendly, breakfast very good and fresh. I can’t find anything negative to say !
I really love the hotel atmosphere, you got the resort feeling but it is super conveniently located in the heart of Patong.
Both pools are super beautiful and I never get bored of their excellent breakfast.
Staffs in the hotel are all really friendly and always happy to help.
Great hotel. Current promotional prices are excellent value. One thing to be aware of is that their restaurant closes earlier than stated on website, I think last orders are at 7:30 rather than 23:00. However staff were great at helping us order a food delivery when we checked in late on first. Breakfast is a la carte buffet. Great taste but small portions, however feel free to order another round. Pool was a lovely area to relax. Happily recommend.
We had a lovely time. The services were great! They had free mini bars (soft drinks, coffee, tea and a snack).
The breakfast was delicious.
Plus, the beach was few minutes away. Went on for a morning stroll.
