I love every minute here in DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. First of all, recognize my diamond status and gold status (my family) and well-prepared room by the front office. The rooms are perfect very new, nice and clean. I love the pool here and the staffs have a service mind. Locations are great as it's around by many restaurants, marketplace and close to the beach. The price is not expensive. Worth staying. Highly recommended.
Returning back on March 2021, this time staff upgraded my room to premium pool side (with my Hilton Honors - Diamond benefit). However, they assigned my room located behind the pool bar which is 90% completey block the pool view! They told me the pool side view rooms are full in this period. I understand that not all rooms are open for guests in this COVID pandemic. BUT STILL there are plenty of rooms available. They could do something better! Staff are still helpful and friendly.
Went there for breakfast, it was nice and very filling.
Staff are nice and attentive.
The location was good just cross the road then it’s the beach!
Would love to stay here for staycation.
All good ......March 9, 2021 just 22 rooms occupied. Friendly staff ......tidy clean rooms. Virtually everything is closed in the area. Pity CV-19 has destroyed this tropical hub and so much more globally.
Although Patong area has devastated because of the pandemic and got nothing to see, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel for 4 days. Breakfast was so delicious every day, every staff was friendly and polite, and the room was clean. Also, the bakery and the restaurant was outstanding! Lunch was so amazing, and the burger was the best that I’ve ever had!! And more importantly...their cookie was awesome
