We are giving this rating for the restaurant. We had dinner here, it is by far the best meal we have had in Patong! Fairy lights line the street and it's just a lovely spot to relax. The staff are lovely and attentive, drinks were extremely well made( happy hour cocktails from 5 pm- 7 pm). We had a starter and a main, both of which were amazing and tasted so good! This is our favourite place by far. Not a cheap restaurant, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for.
This place strives for perfection and it shows. Extremely happy we chose this hotel. Service was always excellent, everything was beautiful, and the location was awesome. Far enough from the craziness on a quiet street, but still walking distance to everything.
I've wanted to stay at BYD for a while after hearing only good things, I wasn't disappointed.
We had one small issue on checking in, air con not functioning. The engineer was in my room before I made it back up to the from reception. Issue resolved in less than 1/4 hour.
If I return to Phuket I will be definitely stay at BYD.
